Review on Dynamic Recrystallization of Martensitic Stainless Steels during Hot Deformation: Part I—Experimental Study

چکیده

The evolution of the microstructure changes during hot deformation high-chromium content stainless steels (martensitic steels) is reviewed. microstructural taking place under high-temperature conditions and associated mechanical behaviors are presented. During continuous dynamic recrystallization (cDRX), new grains nucleate growth in materials with high stacking fault energies (SFE). On other hand, ultrafine could be produced steel material irrespective SFE employing temperatures. gradual transformation results from dislocation sub-boundaries created at low strains into angle boundaries large strains. There limited information about flow stress monitoring forming martensitic steels. For this reason, (cDRX) still not entirely understood for these types metals. Recent studies behavior thermomechanical investigated relationship between properties. In review, grain formation type phase discussed.
